Yamato Scientific will be participating in ICP 14th IC Packaging Technology EXPO, to be held over 3 days at Tokyo Big Sight, from January 16th (Wed) to Jan 18th (Fri). Yamato Scientific will be exhibiting a selection of new products including our latest plasma cleaning equipment, and 3D Measuring X-Ray CT Scanner.
