  • Time for heating and cooling of the product has been improved by 50% or more compared to our conventional products and the objective is to reduce production takt time.
  • Time for attaining the highest temperature has been reduced by up to 1/3 (at no load, compared to our conventional products) and time for decreasing temperature in the bath, by 50% (at no load, compared to our conventional products). Work efficiency can be greatly improved.
  • The damper will automatically open when operation finishes, which requires no troublesome manual operation. Also, the optional 10-step variable fan control function allows you to set to any wind amount you want.
  • A silicon-free eco oven with its door packing of Viton® fluoroelastomer. (DNG610V/810V)
  • This product supports multi power sources. It can be operated simply by connecting to 200 to 240V power source.
  • Four-fold overheat preventive functions (automatic overheat prevention, heater room overheat prevention, overheat prevention in the bath, and temperature fuse) assure the optimal safety. The product also facilitates the self diagnostic function, the alarm history monitoring function, the key lock function and an over-current electric leakage breaker.
  • Abundant functions (external communication that supports RS485/FORWARD, external alarm, time-up, output on the logger) allow upgrading of the system according to the specific application.
