What’s New

Yamato Scientific recently took part in the 16th IC Packaging Technology Expo, held at Tokyo Big Sight, Japan. Various products were displayed at our booth over a three-day period from January 15th to 17th, including newer oven models such as our DE411 Clean Oven and our DHS710 Fine Oven.
